Shipping Policy for Savvy Sugaring

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, the order will be on hold until all items are in stock. If all items are not in stock after 5 business days your order will be partially shipped.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery only to our assigned territories.

3. Delivery Time

Orders where all ordered items are in stock will be shipped the same day if order is placed before 12:00 CET (mon-fri). If order is placed after 12:00 the order will be shipped next business day.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

5. Carriers

We use two primary carriers for our orders:

DB Schenker
DHL
You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, notify the freight company immediately.

8. Incorrect Address and Penalty Fees

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

If we are charged any penalty fees or surcharges due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, these fees will be passed on to the customer. This includes but is not limited to rerouting fees, address correction fees, or storage fees imposed by our carrier.
