    Dry brushing instructions:

    1. Remove clothing.  Brush up the arms, using long, light-pressure strokes. It should not hurt. Use small circular, clockwise motions on the abdomen and chest.
    2. Repeat on different body areas, such as the chest, back, and legs. Avoid sensitive or delicate areas.
    3. For the face or delicate areas, use a soft bristle brush.
    4. Rinse off in the shower or bath.
    5. Pat dry the skin with a towel and apply a moisturizer.

    Brush care: Rinse the brush thoroughly after use. If necessary, use warm water and soap. To dry, leave the bristles downward facing.
